If I accidentally click the Badge several times over the course of several minutes or hours, will this set off a Staff Alert/Lockdown?

There is a one (1.00) second buffer between clicks. If the Badge is pressed, but the clicks are more than one second apart, the count will reset and an Alert will not be activated.
